Application Process

We are very excited that you are interested in JDOHSS and we are happy to share our Application process with you.

Step 1. Contact us

Contact our admissions department by filling out our family contact information form. If you have specific questions, please feel free to email admissions@jdohss.org and or call 905-669-7653 ext 223.

Step 2. Meet the Menahel and Visit the School

Meeting the Menahel to ensure that JDOHSS is the right place for your family is the start of your Admission process. We can share with you our Torah values, loyalty to our Tradition, and drive for Excellence.

Step 3. Complete our online application and submit application fee

Once you have decided that JDOHSS is the school for you, we will be happy to provide you with a link to create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.


Your application will be complete once a payment has been received by our financial office financial@jdohss.org

Step 4. Submit supplemental documents

If you have not already submitted the required documents with your online application then please submit the following to admissions@jdohss.org.

◦Birth Certificate

◦Copy of Citizenship or Immigration Documents, if born outside of Canada

◦Two Most Recent Report Cards

◦OHIP Card

◦Immunization Records

◦Two Recent Passport Photo Size Pictures of the Student

◦Professional Academic and/or Psychological Assessment Reports, if applicable

 

Step 5. Notification of acceptance

You will receive notification by email about your child’s acceptance to JDOHSS.

 

Step 6. Enrollment

After receiving acceptance notification, parents will be provided information necessary to complete the enrollement process by email and to arrange tuition with our financial office.
