Our comprehensive physical education program promotes fitness, coordination, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity. Through age-appropriate instruction and engaging activities, students develop motor skills, learn the value of sportsmanship, and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Physical Education Classes
Regular PE classes focus on developing fundamental movement skills, cardiovascular fitness, and an appreciation for physical activity in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Sportsmanship
Students learn the values of fair play, respect for opponents, gracious winning and losing, and teamwork rooted in Torah principles.
Wellness Education
Age-appropriate lessons about nutrition, hygiene, healthy habits, and the importance of taking care of our bodies as gifts from Hashem.
Outdoor Activities
Regular outdoor play and recreation, utilizing our playground and outdoor facilities for fresh air, nature appreciation, and active play.
Separate Boys & Girls Programs
In alignment with our commitment to modesty and Torah values, boys and girls participate in separate physical education classes and athletic activities, allowing each student to develop confidence and skills in an appropriate environment.
